What is it about?
Part 1: Our session should help you understand TUPE and the implications of TUPE for your school or academy.
Part 2: This session will help raise awareness about academies legal obligations under the LGPS in respect of the award of discretionary benefits.
Who will be there?
James Monk and Michelle Wooding, who both work in our education and employment law/HR team, will be sharing their experience and insight in dealing with TUPE and the pitfalls it can hold for the unwary.
They will be joined by Douglas Mullen an employment lawyer with an expertise in complex legal issues and the LGPS.
There will be an opportunity to network over coffee with our team and other education stakeholders.
