It can take years for an organisation to build its reputation, yet a crisis can very quickly destroy all that hard work. With reputation being one of the most valuable assets and yet the most easily targeted, every organisation needs to consider how to protect themselves when a threat arises. This introductory seminar is essential for those responsible for the reputation of any business.

This session will be applicable across all sectors and will aim to equip organisations with knowledge and tools to safeguard their reputation, manage a crisis and deal with social media ‘trolls’.

Why should you attend?
This interactive half-day training session will cover:

  • when to seek an injunction;
  • managing problems with social media;
  • an introduction to the law of defamation;
  • dealing with negative press coverage;
  • how to avoid data breaches and how to manage them if they occur; and
  • dealing with regulators.

As well as opportunities to put your knowledge into practice during case studies.

Please be aware that places for this seminar are limited. Our clients get priority over non-clients, but we will endeavour to increase capacity where we can to allow all those who wish to attend a place. Where we are heavily oversubscribed, we will limit places to one or two people per organisation, in which case you may be asked to liaise with your team. Should we have to do any of the above, we will be in touch with you at least two weeks before the event date.
