This interactive procurement workshop will provide a full day’s up-to-date training on specific issues associated with public procurement. Delivered by some of Anthony Collins’ leading procurement practitioners alongside experienced local authority speakers, the day will include several group exercises and will cover issues including:

  • Using competitive dialogue and competitive procedure with negotiation effectively
  • FOIA, disclosure of tender information and confidentiality
  • Avoiding and defending procurement challenges
  • Variation of contracts and regulation 72
  • Procurement case law update
  • Practical procurement experiences and future developments

Target audience

This course is aimed at procurement lawyers and practitioners working in local government, and assumes an existing knowledge and experience of public procurement.
