This is a day-long training session aimed at those working with assured tenancies and designed to keep your team’s knowledge up-to-date with the latest in housing law.
What’s it about?

This practical session includes the opportunity to carry out exercises and case studies to ensure theory can be seen in practice and will cover topics such as:
- How a tenancy is formed;
- How tenancies can be terminated by both the landlord and the tenant;
- Grounds for possession;
- Abandonment; and
- Succession.
