What's it about?
This virtual event is an introduction to employee ownership. We will be looking at employee ownership in the context of the practical, financial and ethical benefits the approach can give, with experts in law, tax and cultural change for organisations. Employee ownership can provide a tax-efficient option in succession planning for current business owners, but also a strategy for promoting employee engagement. During the session, we will provide an overview of why employee ownership should be considered as:

  1. a strategy for giving employees a voice in your business
  2. a genuine and realistic alternative to the traditional business sale or management buy-out

It will also show how, if done properly, employee ownership can be a catalyst to future success for the business.
