What’s it about?
This virtual event is an introduction to employee ownership. Employee ownership can provide a tax-efficient option in succession planning for current business owners, but also a strategy for promoting employee engagement. During the session, we will provide an overview of why employee ownership should be considered as:

  1. a strategy for giving employees a voice in your business
  2. a genuine and realistic alternative to the traditional business sale or management buy-out

It will also show how, if done properly, employee ownership can be a catalyst to future success for the business.
