The new Rent Standard applies from April 2020; the headline, of course, is the return to rent increases.
The devil is in the detail, and in this free 1-hour webinar, we discuss the new regulation and highlight issues that providers need to be alert to so that rent increases are correctly applied to the right properties.
The webinar will be of interest to finance teams in all registered providers – both housing associations and for the first time, councils. There will also be a question and answer session. You can submit your questions now by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, there will be an opportunity to submit questions during the webinar.
