Please note: Registration will be from 1.00pm for a 1.30pm start.
Why should I attend?
We will consider new legislation, case law and regulatory developments in areas such as the impact of de-regulation, general data protection, corporate governance, employment, gender pay, holiday pay, welfare reform, health and safety, fire safety and decanting, asset management, charities, and health and social care.
There will also be a Q&A session and an opportunity to network with other organisations to understand how others are responding to the latest challenges.
The workshop is open to all but it is specifically aimed at those housing associations who already subscribe to the ACS six-monthly legal update service.
Who will be there?
The seminar is suitable for those working for housing associations who need to keep up to date with the latest developments in housing law, including:
- Heads of legal
- Executive team members
The speakers will include Victoria Jardine (Corporate Governance Partner) Shivaji Shiva (Head of Charities) and Kate Watkins and other experts in their field, who look forward to seeing you there. The session fills up quickly, so make sure to book early.
Six-monthly legal update subscribers: Free of charge for up to two people per organisation.
Non-subscribers: £95 plus VAT. If you subsequently subscribe to the legal update report within four weeks of attending the seminar, the cost of attending the workshop will be deducted from your first subscription fee.
