This legal update has become a regular popular event for CIH in the West Midlands and attracts a wide range of delegates from both within and outside the region. The event will provide not only an update on housing management law but the opportunity to network with other housing professionals. The topics covered in the event will include new case law in housing management law, such as; section 21 notices; warrants; succession, leasehold management cases amongst other topics. The session will also look at the Regulator’s new Consumer Regulation Review 17/1 as well as the Fitness for Human Habitation Bill, expected to be made law in Spring 2019, as well as other new housing bills on the horizon.
Who is it for?
The event will be of interest to delegates in a wide range of roles within the housing profession and in a variety of housing organisations, including; frontline officers and those in middle and senior management roles. Studying members will also find it beneficial as well as other housing professionals seeking an update on housing management law.

This event is free to attend for CIH members and £40.00 + VAT for non-members.
