This is a significant achievement, which not only endorses the quality of advice that Sam provides for her clients, but also means that she will now be able to represent children in proceedings before the Family Court.
Sam’s accreditation means she joins Julie Bevan, Sally Jones, Jas Tamber and Nev Zaki on the panel, increasing the number of solicitors from ACS to five – thought to be the largest number of accredited children solicitors from a Birmingham-based firm.
This reaffirms the commitment that ACS has to assisting those unfortunate enough to be involved in the Courts in family matters including those who are most vulnerable, the children, about whom the case is often about.
Jas Tamber, Head of Children Law said: ‘This is a fantastic achievement by Sam, which is richly deserved. Her appointment to the children’s panel has been borne out of hard work and a dedication to helping the most vulnerable in society. I am pleased that she has been recognised for this and I am delighted that this further enhances the reputation we have in Children and Family Law.’
