We know that there are specific challenges facing staffing in this sector and so, using our sector-specific knowledge and experience, we have devised this webinar to assist as you navigate the issues. The webinar will move through the three R’s:

  • What are the main issues with Recruitment, especially when looking overseas?
  • How do you Retain good staff and handle their complaints?
  • How do you deal with a situation when a staff member decides to Remove themselves?

We will address these issues with legal input, practical insight and a clear understanding of the sector and its challenges.
