Anthony Collins Solicitors hosted a joint virtual roundtable with Centrus in February 2021 on ‘Financing your care business’, which generated some interesting discussion on challenges facing the sector. Given this feedback, Centrus and Anthony Collins Solicitors would like to host this second forum.
Centrus will provide an overview and insights on different models to fund the development and growth for care services in the current environment, including:
- Traditional funding models
- The leaseback model
- Equity partnerships
- Capital markets
Anthony Collins Solicitors will provide a brief overview of some of the key legal issues in relation to those funding models.
