Course outline – Employment status

Employment status is a key issue for all employers; get it wrong and it can prove expensive and time-consuming – get it right and it brings clarity and transparency to your organisation. This training is appropriate for any sector or organisation that uses a range of different employment models.

The purpose of this training is to equip employers to identify the three categories of employment status, the rights and responsibilities of each and the practical implications. We will look at recent decisions from the Courts on employment status and look to the future and potential changes proposed by the current Government.

The training will be practical, interspersed with case studies to work through and time to ask questions throughout.

The training is 90 minutes long and we can accommodate your working practices and issues within this time.

Cost: £950 plus VAT (may vary for bespoke training on complex issues).
