We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and PA support across all legal departments; from short term holiday cover to longer periods covering maternity leave. As a Float Secretary, you will need to be flexible, adaptable and personable to enable you to settle quickly and smoothly as you move between departments. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with clients as well as colleagues. Experience in at least three legal fields and highly efficient skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and digital dictation packages are essential. Developed skills in other IT systems such as Excel and PowerPoint are desirable.
