The postholder will work alongside our housing association clients although may also work with clients in our other sectors too. They will be varied roles, enabling you to work on joint ventures, property funding structures, portfolio acquisitions and disposals and development projects.
With some commercial property experience, you will have enthusiasm for housing sector work and a willingness to understand the world from the client perspective.
