My role

I am a consultant in the procurement and construction team and provide advice on construction strategy, procurement and contract development. I particularly specialise in the NEC suite of contracts, and provide contract training to our clients and more widely.

I am a regular speaker at National Housing Maintenance Forum, Chartered Institute of Housing and Institution of Civil Engineers seminars and conferences.

My experience

I am a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) and a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM). I have over 40 years' experience in the industry in contracting, consultancy, training and academia.

I have many publications including recent ones in the NEC suite of construction and engineering, and was part of the national NEC authoring team for the recently published NEC 4th Edition, NEC4.
