Associate in the personal planning team.
I am an associate in the personal planning and management department with a particular focus on estate planning and administration of estates. I am member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a registered trust and estate Practitioner.
I particularly enjoy advising families on planning their affairs with a view to mitigating inheritance and capital gains tax but also with the aim of achieving fairness where possible in situations where the main asset may be a family business or farm.
In relation to estate administration, I have assisted in the administration of complex trusts and estates involving overseas assets, missing beneficiaries, insolvent estates, intestacies and dealing with the deceased’s business interests to include claims for business and agricultural relief.
