I am an associate in the pensions and employment team. I provide specialist strategic advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious hr and employment law matters across a range of sectors but with a particular focus on the health and social care sector and charities. I enjoy supporting organisations with their complex and often highly sensitive employment tribunal claims and working closely with hr teams to manage complex internal investigations and hearings.
I have over seven years’ experience in the healthcare sector, having worked previously for two national healthcare practices. I advise clients on a diverse range of employment law issues with particular expertise of complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters; changing terms and conditions; employee disputes and conducting investigations. I also assist clients in defending employment tribunal proceedings and am a regular speaker at internal and external seminar events, delivering training on a variety of sector specific and general employment law topics.
