Andrew leads our construction work dealing with disputes and investigatory work with wide experience of handling heavyweight commercial sector disputes. His particular expertise is in the public and social housing sectors and he regularly conducts high profile investigation work for public bodies, Registered Social Landlords and commercial organisations.
Andrew has extensive dispute resolution experience for all major construction contracts and forms of appointment including: JCT; NEC; and PPC 2000. He additionally has many years of experience in resolving commercial, construction and other procurement disputes through adjudication, the courts, arbitration and mediation.
Andrew Lancaster is ranked as a “notable practitioner” by Chambers 2015 for Construction. Sources note that he is “excellent at providing reassurance" during disputes.

Andrew is a member of the Society of Construction Law, CEDR Solve, and the Association of Midlands Mediators. He was previously the President of the Birmingham Law Society, a position he held until April 2012.
