Works closely with Peter Hubbard and Mark Cook in the delivery of our Housing and Transforming Communities themes. Advises and supports a range of public and voluntary sector bodies, with a particular focus on social housing providers (Registered Housing Providers, Almos, charities and not-for-profit organisations). Specialises in advising on strategic, structural, governance, constitutional, contractual and regulatory issues relating to social housing and charity law. Leads on major project work including consortium arrangements, stock transfers, mergers and de-mergers, and group structures. Also advises commercial organisations on their engagement with the third- and public- sectors, particularly in relation to joint ventures, collaborations and partnering arrangements. Manages the delivery of the firms Training Programme.
