Suzy specialises in commercial property transactions and works primarily on educational, development and regeneration projects for charities, housing associations, churches and providers of care homes She acted on the development of two Midlands village centres - this included negotiating agreements and leases with a Primary Care Trust, high street chemist and a local housing association. One of these transactions was a PFI scheme, which included working very closely with the local authority in order to agree documents to relocate nine retailers twice during the construction process She advised various sponsors on their Academy Projects, and advised numerous schools in connection with the land transfers and other requisite occupational agreements, as they change to trust school status In her previous firms Suzy acted for 70 plus market traders relocating into the new Bull Ring, and negotiated leases with retailers in the Bull Ring and Birmingham Mailbox
