- Stephen is head of our Employment department, which attracts high-profile commercial and voluntary sector clients. Examples of recent experience includes: investigating board member and senior employee grievances; advising two charities on high-value pensions disputes with directors; advising two senior managers of a housing association forced to take early retirement, which resulted in significant settlements of their age discrimination claims; and advising various senior employees/directors in dispute with their employers, pre- and post-transfer of businesses
- His work involves advising on a wide range of employment matters, including employment contracts, personnel policies and procedures, staff restructuring, transfers of undertakings (TUPE) and disciplinary and grievance issues
