Sheree has particular involvement in Court of Protection work and acts as professional deputy for a number of clients Sheree also advises clients on mental health and mental capacity issues and represents clients who are detained in hospital or subject to community treatment orders on appeal to a Mental Health Tribunal. Sheree also handles the administration of estates following a death, and trusts, including personal injury trusts
Professional Memberships, Publications and Interests: Sheree is a member of the Law Society’s panel of approved Mental Health Tribunal Solicitors and the Mental Health Lawyers’ Association Sheree is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly. Her other interests include church activities and creative writing and she is learning to play the piano.
