  • Sarah specialises in all aspects of Intellectual Property (IP)
  • She has over 16 years extensive experience of both contentious and non-contentious commercial and IP work from two major UK law firms, including, most recently, Wragge & Co - nominated Managing IP team of the Year 2007
  • She has presented and led client workshops on a broad range of IP issues, working with clients within the private, public and third sectors
  • She also has a strong commercial practice, working closely with a number of our key clients to provide strategic business advice on commercial and IP issues - in particular IP due diligence, re-branding, and maximising the exploitation of clients' intellectual property rights
  • Sarah regularly advises on franchising arrangements
  • Her clients include manufacturing, retail, leisure and media sector companies

Professional Memberships, Publications and Interests:

Sarah has been an elected Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Patent Agents for the last eight years.

Her interests include reading, music, theatre and the arts. Sarah also enjoys swimming, weekly tennis for relaxation and entertaining her two children.
