Phil is a member of the Charity Law Association, and has served on their working parties.
He was also part of a small working group established by the Charity Commission to develop model governing documentation for independent churches.
Phil is part of the leadership team of his local church and Captain of a Boys’ Brigade Company. He enjoys eating out, ten-pin bowling and researching his family tree.
