Matt is regularly involved in providing strategic employment advice to employers across the public, private and third sectors. He has a particular specialism in Equality and Diversity and speaks at a number of national events on equality issues. Matt enjoys working with clients to improve their HR practice and regularly provides practical training for clients to improve the effectiveness of their people management. Chambers 2010 highlights that clients feel Matt is a reliable adviser who consistently demonstrates his technical and professional expertise.
Professional Memberships, Publications and Interests: Matt is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He oversees the editing of the Equality and Diversity chapter of “Practical On-line” the Chartered Institute of Housing’ online reference manual. Matt spends most of his spare time looking after his two sons. Matt is also Chair of Trustees of Oasis Church Trust, Birmingham.
