Julia has experience of all types of commercial dispute resolution including those involving charities and organisations in the not for profit sector. She specialises in regulatory work involving a wide range of Health and Social Care Organisations and acts for regulators. She regularly advises clients in relation to appeals before the First-Tier Tribunal (Care Standards). Julia has particular expertise in the protection of vulnerable adults and the new Vetting and Barring Scheme and the Independent Safeguarding Authority.
