Joanna is Group Leader for the property department's Social Housing team. Since 2001, Joanna has been advising on a broad variety of commercial property work, from development transactions to general landlord and tenant matters. Clients include those from both the public and private sectors and in particular, Joanna’s expertise lies in advising registered providers and not for profit organisations. Joanna regularly advises on strategic high value site assemblies, regeneration projects, acquisitions and disposals (including stock rationalisation transactions and stock swaps). Throughout the year, Joanna is involved in providing training to clients, ranging from more formal presentations to workshop based seminars.
Professional Memberships, Publications and Interests: Joanna is a keen pianist, enjoys cooking for dinner parties and entertaining at home.
