Edwina is part of our Charities Team working for a wide range of charities.
She has a particular expertise in governance, helping charities to restructure, whether by creating or updating their constitution or trust deed or by becoming a charitable company limited by guarantee.
Her passion is to help faith based charities achieve their goals and vision. She also regularly trains charity trustees on all aspects of their duties and liabilities.
With Jenny Smith she spearheads the firm’s work for churches.
