Chris is a highly experienced regeneration lawyer who specialises in acting on major commercial development and physical regeneration schemes. He has considerable top flight experience focused for the last 10 years on dedicated working with the public sector and the emergency services.

He leads our local government work having acted on a wide range of projects including multi-million pound complex residential, town centre, education, emergency services and mixed use developments.
