Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and joined the firm in 2001. She has over 10 years’ worth of specialist experience in Clinical negligence and Personal injury Charlotte has been a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel since May 2001 Charlotte is passionate about her work and achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. She is not afraid to take on the more challenging cases and has had success in complex and high value claims. Most notably she has achieved a £0.5milion settlement in a claim against a Local Authority where the Claimant developed bulimia whilst in foster care. She has also achieved a settlement equivalent to £3.9 million in a case against a Hospital Trust – where the Claimant suffered ‘secondary’ brain injury following a Road Traffic Accident.
