Baljit provides specialist advice and assistance in relation to housing management issues, policies and procedures adopted by housing organisations She has extensive experience of advising on and managing anti-social behaviour cases including injunctions, demotions, possessions and ASBOs She conducts and manages Section 11 disrepair compensation claims, statutory nuisance prosecutions, squatter possession proceedings and complex possession claims Baljit is a regular advocate in County and Magistrates Courts An experienced speaker, she regularly presents at national events including The Social Landlords Crime And Nuisance Group and Housemark She provides in-house training on a wide spectrum of housing management issues for clients. These include: ASB updates; Advocacy in Possession Proceedings; disrepair; gas safety injunctions; remedies to deal with anti-social behaviour; and other topics within the realms of Estate Management. She also regularly leads a CIH Repairs and Maintenance workshop
