Anne has over 20 years experience of advising in the social housing sector. Her work includes: advising both Councils and transferee Registered Social Landlords on stock transfer projects, including working with tenants groups on transfer related issues; working with RSLs on the creation of group structures, including advising the Boards, drafting constitutional and intragroup documentation, liaising with the regulators; and advising RSLs on diversity activities including purchasing / creating trading companies.
