Andrew wrote the National Housing Federation “Guide to the EU procurement rules” (2nd edition published 2007), a 150 page practical guide for housing associations on what contracts are covered by the rules, what the rules require and practical strategies that can be adopted to comply with them.
He is also the legal editor of the Repairs and Maintenance chapter of the Chartered Institute of Housing’s online Housing Manual.
Andrew’s interests include classical music and hill walking, and he has just introduced his 10-year-old son to “Munro-bagging”.
