Housing Associations remain subject to judicial review

The Court of Appeal has held in R (Weaver) v London & Quadrant Housing Trust (“LQHT”) that housing associations are subject to the Human Rights Act and judicial review challenges when managing and allocating their housing stock, including when seeking to terminate a tenancy.
