Commercial Property
Behind every property transaction is a commercial agenda - the development of a business, the provision of a service or a return on investment.
Our approach to the conveyancing of property is to get the commercial realities at the heart of the deal.
Our client base includes landlords and tenants, sole traders, partnerships, companies, local government bodies, commercial lenders and the voluntary sector. This gives us a breadth of experience in a wide range of matters from distress to VAT on property.
Whether in connection with an initial site acquisition, development or building agreements, funding agreements, or estate developments, we can provide a comprehensive service in relation to both residential and commercial developments.
Landlord and tenant law
Whether as a tenant or a landlord we can guide you through the intricacies of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and related legislation, and to use the legislation not only to protect your position, but to gain advantage wherever possible.
