Health and Social Care

Supporting providers of Health and Social Care services has been a vital part of our business for the past 20 years.

In that time the pace of change has never let up and adult Health and Social Care is now high-profile in both the public and private sectors.  Our activity spans the whole field, from working with GPs and other providers of primary health care, though to public and private companies of all sizes, many of the leading voluntary sector groups and the service users themselves.

We act for the providers of services to older people (especially those with dementia), people with acquired brain injury, the mentally ill, people with severe capacity issues and those recovering from drug and alcohol addiction.

Experience and insight

By drawing on the experience and insight gained from advising individuals, we are able to deliver a more service-user orientated approach for our corporate clients, many of whom are leading national and local providers of health and social care services.

Recent legislative changes affecting people unable to make their own decisions have pushed mental capacity issues up the Government’s agenda.  This, in turn, has heightened public awareness and interest in the scope for such people to be allowed to set their own agendas, and plan their own care.

Our full range of services to the Health and Social Care sector is outlined on the right hand side of this page.
