What will the seminar cover?
We will open the session by exploring the options – redundancy and the alternatives. Where redundancy is necessary we will ensure you have the tools to equip you to develop a consultation and selection process that will protect the organisation and maintain your current relationships with your workforce.
Kristina Turner, Managing Director of KJT Consulting Services Limited, will then lead a workshop drawing on her experience in handling large scale restructures in the public sector.
Partner Tony Hall will close the session by providing us with some incisive observations concerning the importance of pastoral care to enhance performance and reduce potentially significant risk to our organisations
