What will the seminar cover?
Our final session will be run jointly by Colin Gaffney and Ian McGarry of The Natural Learning Company, and Simon Ramshaw, the Partner at Anthony Collins Solicitors who heads up our Coaching, Mentoring and Training resource. The Natural Learning Company specialises in brain-based learning and leadership and Simon is both a qualified lawyer and professional coach who works with Boards, Executive Teams and
individuals.
The session will help you create a dynamic picture of what your organisation could look like in the future. By doing so this will enable you to identify what needs to change, and what sort of people you will need to recruit as a consequence. We will then explore the ideal process for recruitment, the construction of a sound reward package and the implementation of a robust due diligence process. The session will be highly interactive, enabling you to exchange ideas and best practice throughout the afternoon.
