The seminar will explain the practical implications for HR professionals and help you ensure your organisation is prepared. Other case law and legislation update – including Equal Pay, Holiday Pay/ Sickness, Agency Worker, Right to time off for training, Additional Paternity Leave, Age Discrimination, Pension Reforms and the Independent Safeguarding Authority.
