What is it about?

  • The Equality Bill 2009 is the most significant overhaul of discrimination law yet. The seminar will explain the practical implications for HR professionals and help you ensure your organisation is prepared.
  • Other case law and legislation update – including Equal Pay, Holiday Pay/ Sickness, Agency Worker, Right to time off for training, Additional Paternity Leave, Age Discrimination, Pension Reforms and the Independent Safeguarding Authority.
