The seminar will provide some demystification of legal jargon and examine the key issues covered in commercial leases, including practical tips which will assist in your understanding of the transaction process, leases and the typical negotiations involved. There will be an overview of: - The lease negotiation process, including typical ancillary documents - The main landlord’s and tenant's covenants - Provisos and forfeiture provisions - The impact of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 - Rights and reservations and their significance in leases of part Why should I attend?
