Update on anti-social behaviour case law, good practice and legislation over the last 12 months Analysis of the implications of the Equality Act and Public Law Challenges An overview of the practical impact on ASB cases of recent changes in ASB law and how this affects those tackling ASB. Tips on evidence presentation/challenges Why should I attend? If you have any involvement with isues surrounding ASB, if you are an Anti-Social Behaviour Team Leader or Enforcement Officer working within housing then this seminar will bring you up to date and also enable you to more effectively tackle and manage anti-social behaviour. This session would also help Housing Officers/staff who deal with low level anti-social behaviour develop a greater understanding of the available remedies and practical tips.
